Instead of sending all 3 BTC at once, you should send them in bits and in separate time interval. So you can send 0.7 BTC now and wait for 20 mins, and then you send 0.4 BTC, and also wait. And bit by bit you will send the 3 BTC without raising any flags. Understand?? You can only send all 3 BTC in decentralized wallets/exchanges like trustwallet without any flag being raised.
